Founded in 2009, the Career Assistance Network-Birmingham is a volunteer effort to put career resources -- community and career counselors, faith based organizations, professional organizations (BSHRM) and staffing firms in one place. It's Birmingham's One-Stop Shop for Career Assistance Ministries and career resources.

Career Connection -- 4th Monday of Every Month
On the last Monday of each month, from 6:00 -- 8:00 you'll have the opportunity to connect with others in the Birmingham area. The program will flow as follows:
6:00 -- 6:30 Meet and Network
6:30 -- 8:00 Career Program
Career Program topics will change and will be tailored for the participants as much as possible. The program will touch on career strategy, career opportunities, networking, on-line resources, interviewing skills and other topics.
